The creation process of web applications consists of several phases. You can decide to make use of ValueBytes' services in just some or in all of these phases :

	consulting: the first step in the creation of a web application has nothing to do with IT: it consists in the  creation of a clear description of what the end user expects the web application to do. In most cases the main ideas are listed but starting with an incomplete list is very risky. If blanks have to be filled in by the programmer or if not all stakeholders had the opportunity to give feedback, chances are big that you and/or the other stakeholders will not be satisfied with the endresult, leading perhaps to a second development cycle.  More info.
	design: in the design phase a detailed design document is created starting from the user requirements obtained in the consulting phase. One of the major advantages of such a design document is the fact that even non-technical users can "see" how the web application will work even before anything has been programmed. More info.
	implementation: based on the design document and the detailed user requirements, programmers can start implementing the web application. A thorough testing phase along with a roll-out procedure guarantee a maximum buy-in for the new web application.  More info.
